STANLEY, N.D. — State environmental authorities are investigating an oil spill in northwest North Dakota. Hunt Oil recently reported to state officials that the 15,500-gallon spill happened Friday, Aug. 29, about 13 miles southeast of Stanley, according to a release from the North Dakota Department of Environmental Quality.
