After serving less than a year as Police Chief for the City of Pratt, Joe Oher has chosen not to continue his employment with the Pratt Police Department after being removed from his position. The City of Pratt announced a leadership change due to possible regulation and rule infractions last week Wednesday after a special meeting involving several city commissioners, the City Attorney, law enforcement personnel, and the City Manager took place.
