A 29-year-old Ogden man was arrested Monday afternoon on multiple allegations, including criminal trespass, theft and battery. Jacob Lash Shepard was arrested just before 2 p.m. in the 400 block of 15th Street in Ogden at Casey’s General Store on two counts of criminal trespass, one count of theft of property or services and one count of battery.
