Officials name woman killed by falling tree in Johnstown

Officials on Tuesday released the name of a Johnstown woman who was killed by a falling tree Sunday.

Johnstown Woman Killed By Falling Tree Identified

A Johnstown woman who was killed on Sunday after a tree fell on her while she was working in her garden has been identified as 53-year-old Fatima Boughroum. The accident happened at her home located along the 900 block of Bedford Street.  Authorities report she died instantly when the 1,000 pound Ash tree fell on top of her.
