For almost two years, Andy Wohl has served burgers and other pub classics with his food biz, Off the Hook, at Bristol’s South Mountain Tavern. In August, he’ll open a second business a few doors down. Off the Record will occupy the space at 25A Main Street, most recently home to Hermit Thrush Fiber.
