Off the Court Property Maintenance Expands Multi-Service Property Care Across Amarillo, Texas
The company says customers can now book tree work, lawn care, fencing and irrigation with one local crew during peak summer demand.
On Thursday, July 2, 2026, Amarillo-based Off the Court Property Maintenance expanded into full-service residential and commercial property maintenance, adding lawn care, fencing, and irrigation services to its existing tree-care operations.
Established in 2022, the company transitioned to a full-service model to address regional summer challenges like drought stress, high heat, and wind-related hazards that complicate local property upkeep across the Texas Panhandle.
"Most folks around Amarillo don't want to track down four different companies," said Jon Gilliam, owner of Off the Court Property Maintenance, explaining customers can now book one provider for seasonal work.
The company serves Amarillo and communities within a 30-mile radius, including Canyon, Bushland, Hereford, Vega, Claude, Panhandle, and White Deer, handling pressure washing, lot clearing, and junk removal.
