Roxana Mânzatu: "As of Today, European Schools Have a Common Guide to Teach Artificial Intelligence.
Roxana Mânzatu, European Commissioner and Vice-President of the European Commission, announced the launch of the first European Framework for Literacy in Artificial Intelligence, a common guide for primary schools, gymnasiums and high schools in the European Union, carried out together with OECD and with CodeAI support.
The OECD and the EU Commission have finalized their AI competence framework for schools. Depending on the AI skills in the teacherry, it is mainly dependent on the AI skills.
Brussels The European Commission (EC) and the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) presented on Thursday a Framework for Artificial Intelligence Literacy (IA) for primary and secondary education, with which they seek to provide teachers and educational leaders with a common guide on the skills students need to use AI "in a responsible and ethical manner".
The AI Literacy Framework, published today in Brussels, helps teachers to specifically strengthen AI skills in teaching. The Stifterverband has introduced the perspective of the German educational community and is responsible for the German translation of the framework. Artificial intelligence is increasingly changing our social, professional and private lives.
