Odisha ‘sexual harassment’ case: internal complaints committee report had not recommended any punitive action

BALASORE, ODISHA, JUL 21 – The Internal Complaints Committee found no conclusive evidence against the accused teacher after a five-day investigation despite the student's death by self-immolation, family and activists said.
