Odessa Police Searching for Ulta Beauty Thieves

ODESSA, TX — Police are searching for a man and woman accused of stealing more than $600 worth of merchandise from Ulta Beauty, located at 6317 E. Highway 191. According to the Odessa Police Department, the theft occurred recently and was captured on surveillance footage. Investigators released images of the suspects Friday in an effort to identify them.
