Obstructe Juan Palomar and Arias Avenue in Zapopan

The sidewalk of Avenida Juan Palomar and Arias, in the municipality of Zapopan, is totally obstructed as a result of the debris that was abandoned at that point. Apparently someone abandoned these rubble and structures that are PVC tubes, with some concrete at the end and that is totally obstructing the passage of pedestrians who walk on the sidewalk.
