Victoria “Vickie” A. Shetter Biesecker, 79, of Gettysburg, passed away peacefully of natural causes, surrounded by her loving family. Born on March 10, 1946, in Gettysburg, she was the daughter of the late James and Charlotte (Staub) Shetter. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert “Bob” Biesecker, who passed away in December 2017, and by her beloved daughter, Diane Reneker.
