It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Debra “Debby” Conboy Mitchell, who died peacefully on July 23, 2025, at the age of 80. Debby was born on January 13, 1945, in Boston, Massachusetts. She graduated from Hingham High School in 1963, where she was a proud majorette.
