A New York man was charged in connection with a child under 14 years old who met a man online and was sexually assaulted more than once, Plymouth County District Attorney Tim Cruz’s office said Friday. Justin Flores, 20, of Poughkeepsie, appeared in Brockton District Court where he pleaded not guilty to one count each of rape of a child, enticement of a minor and indecent assault and battery on a child under 14.
