A couple have been arrested after allegedly smoking marijuana and sipping on tequila inside their car with a toddler trapped inside.

Phillip Fraisar, 36, from Hamlin, and Kasey Renee Buckmann, 27, of Rochester, were allegedly caught puffing with the windows rolled up and sipping on tequila while parked outside the Clevelander Hotel on Sunday night, according to Local 10.
