NVWA: Food Safety Insufficient at Two-Thirds of Summer Hospitality Venues

During inspections last summer, the Netherlands Food and Consumer Product Safety Authority (NVWA) found violations at nearly two-thirds of catering establishments that are busy on hot days. There were insufficient measures against flies in the kitchen, and food was not stored and prepared at the correct temperature.
