Nvidia to Invest $2 Billion in Neocloud Nebius Amid Ai Data Center Push

- On Wednesday, Nvidia Corp. said it will invest $2 billion in Amsterdam-based Nebius Group NV, the companies announced in a strategic partnership.
- NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang said 'Nebius is building an AI cloud designed for the agentic era,' and the partnership covers AI factory design, inference infrastructure, fleet management, and early access to Rubin, Vera CPUs, and BlueField systems.
- With a >5 GW target, Nebius aims to deploy over 5 gigawatts of capacity by 2030, powering more than 4 million U.S. households, and U.S.-listed Nebius shares jumped over 10 per cent in premarket trading.
