The South Korean Nuri carrier rocket (KSLV-2) launched five small satellites for remote sensing of the Earth, NeonSat, as well as 10 cubes of various Korean institutions and organizations, into orbit on Wednesday, reporting to the Korea Aerospace Research Institute (KARI).
South Korea's independently developed launch vehicle, 'Nuriho,' successfully entered its target orbit and separated 15 satellites during its fifth launch. Nuriho was launched from the Naro Space Center in Goheung, South Jeolla Province, at 12:25 PM on the 7th. Subsequently, it separated five NeonSat main payload satellites around 12:41 PM and ten CubeSats around 12:42 PM in succession.
