ICE officers chase, tackle, arrest a shirtless man in Charlotte pond outside courthouse

- Officers tried to apprehend Valladares-Sierra, a Honduran illegal immigrant with prior deportation and a pending court case, but he escaped by diving headfirst into a nearby duck pond.
- The pursuit was captured on video, showing Valladares-Sierra jumping into waist-deep water, screaming profanity, refusing to leave, and being subdued by four agents who handcuffed him in the pond.
