Mark Milberg, a four-year member of Novato City Council and a candidate for Marin County supervisor, died on Monday. He was 65. Mr. Milberg, who served as mayor last year, was appointed to the City Council in 2021 and reappointed in 2022. He was elected in 2024 to a four-year term representing the District 5, which serves the Hamilton, Ignacio and South Novato areas.
