Nova: Russian Flight From Benghazi to Mali Amid Increased Logistical Activity in the Sahel

A Russian Ilyushin Il-76TD cargo plane departed Benghazi this morning bound for Mali, in the latest in a series of frequent flights between eastern Libya and Bamako, according to the Italian news agency Nova. Nova reported that the aircraft, registration number RA-76363 and operated by the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations, took off from Benghazi at 03:09 GMT, according to tracking data.
