Edu Gaspar has left Nottingham Forest after just over a year at the club. The 48-year-old Brazilian was head of football at Evangelos Marinakis' group, which also owns Olympiacos and Rio Ave. The BBC reports that his contract has been terminated. Edu's position had been in doubt since he clashed with Nuno Espirito Santo, who was sacked in September last year. Edu has not played for Forest since February and his departure had been in the air.
