I’m writing this from the stage on my farm, since it’s a stunning evening with clear blue skies, no haze, and no bugs – what a rarity. It was the first day of school at SMSU today, and I strongarmed my small publishing class into holding it outdoors; with some teamwork, we even managed to wheel the classroom’s whiteboard to the patio. Plus, the lack of wind meant no one’s pages blew away.
