A majority in the Norwegian parliament, the Storting, believes that Norway should help the EU and be a guarantor for the controversial Ukraine loan.
EU leaders are constantly looking for solutions to maintain Ukraine's financial and military support, after its main plan - a huge loan of repairs based on frozen Russian assets - risk of disturbing it, a Euronews analysis shows.
