Northern Ireland house prices up 5% in January 2026 - PropertyPal

PropertyPal’s Monthly Market Snapshot for January 2026 found house prices in Northern Ireland (NI) grew 5.1% year-on-year. Data showed that rents rose by 5% and inflation eased to 3.4%.  The average house price was £239,862, with rent at £1,002.  Sales enquiries increased by 13% and rental enquiries were up 6.3%, while website traffic dropped 6%.  House sales in January totalled 1,487, down 14% compared to the average for January 2023 to 2025.  …
