PlayMetrics has merged with Stack Sports to form a new youth sports tech platform backed by Genstar Capital. The Morrisville-based company, led by CEO Michael Doernberg, will headquarter the combined 400-employee firm serving 15,000 leagues. Financial terms were not disclosed.
