Russia and Ukraine have exchanged about 1,000 prisoners of war based on an agreement reached recently. However, a South Korean parliamentarian revealed that the prisoner exchange list did not include two North Korean soldiers captured by Ukraine at the beginning of the year. This may be because the South Korean government would accept these two people, so the Ukrainian government did not send them to Russia.
