After rain fell Saturday on both the Sunset fire and the Crescent Road fire, crews continued to work Sunday on suppressing the flames as drying weather threatens further destruction.

North Idaho Wildfire Grows to 2,700 Acres

BONNER COUNTY, ID – The Sunset Fire, located about 25 miles north of Coeur d’Alene, grew to 2,702 acres on Friday, with the most activity along the northern perimeter, according to the Idaho Department of Lands.
