(BISMARCK, ND) – Job Service North Dakota says the state’s not seasonally adjusted unemployment rate is one-point-eight percent for the month of October, a rate in which remains the same as September. Compared to a year ago, the unemployment rate is one-half of one percent higher this year. The national not seasonally adjusted unemployment rate is three-point-nine percent.
