CHURCHS FERRY, N.D. — The North Dakota Highway Patrol has released the name of a woman who died after crashing into a lake. The patrol said Rita Kubat, 67, of Jamestown, was driving a car that left the road and flipped over into Stink Lake in Benson County sometime Saturday, July 26.
