North Carolina Father Killed 4 Children Separately over 5 Months, Sheriff Says

- Dickens is being held without bond at the Johnston County Jail and was assigned a public defender ahead of a probable cause hearing on November 13, while Johnston County District Attorney Jason Waller vowed, `My office will honor these children by pursuing justice`.
