- Norris, who recently signed a new contract with The McLaren through 2030, intends to stay involved in racing long-term. He aims to create a family-like environment for drivers, citing his own fortunate journey as inspiration.
- Alongside the team, Norris launched the LN4 Legacy Programme, described as "an independent, fully funded legacy scheme" to support young drivers. Based in Veneto, Italy, the team is led by team principal Rene Rosin.
- Businessman Dan Richards, co-owner of the project, stated, "What we have created is far more than simply the acquisition of a racing team." The operation combines significant investment with world-class motorsport expertise.
- Like three-time champion Jack Brabham, who competed for 30 years, and Max Verstappen, Norris is entering team ownership. The project seeks to expand into Formula Two, with application processes currently underway.
