Order for the extradition of a Ukrainian man suspected of Nord Stream sabotage has been canceled, lawyer says.
Three years after the attack on the Nord-Stream pipelines, a Polish court is scheduled to decide on Friday whether a suspect who is under arrest will be extradited to Germany. The 46-year-old has been investigated for some time.
The Italian Court of Cassation in Bologna is scheduled to decide on Wednesday whether Serhiy K., suspected of blowing up the Nord Stream gas pipelines, can be extradited to Germany. The German prosecutor's office claims he led a group of Ukrainians who blew up the pipelines three years ago.
