The Noodle Pack restaurant launch, one of the most important players in the profile market in Romania, with over 100 billion transactions last year, entered into insolvency at its request on 24 July 2025.

Targeted by the new tax measures are multinationals. The government wants to close the loopholes through which some companies avoid paying taxes in Romania.
