- The film boasts a star-studded cast led by Matt Damon as Odysseus and Anne Hathaway as Penelope. Tom Holland plays Telemachus, Zendaya portrays Athena, and Robert Pattinson plays Antinous in this retelling of the ancient Greek journey.
- Despite commercial success, casting choices sparked controversy for featuring zero Greek actors in a story rooted in Greek mythology. Critics argued the high-profile cast felt like famous actors playing themselves rather than fully embodying their characters.
