The Golden Tenement House in Gdańsk is up for sale again. This is the third attempt to find a new owner for one of the Tricity's most prestigious buildings. The asking price has dropped by several million złoty in less than two years.
The Golden Tenement House by the Neptune Fountain is up for sale for the third time, with its asking price reduced to just under PLN 17.9 million. Gdynia Maritime University hopes the reduction will attract an investor willing to take on the unique building.
