A 64-year-old Irvington man has been sentenced to 25 years in state prison for sexually assaulting a 10-year-old girl. Osbourne Gooden is ineligible for parole, the Essex County Prosecutor’s Office said. Should he survive the full prison term, he will be on parole for life and be required to register as a sex offender.
