For the second year in a row, the National Bank of Poland (NBP) has become the largest buyer of gold among central banks worldwide, according to the latest report from the World Gold Council, cited by "Puls Biznesu." The newspaper indicates that in 2025, the Polish central bank increased its reserves by 102 tons, reaching over 550 tons of the precious metal. In this respect, Poland has even overtaken the European Central Bank.
