WARREN, Ohio (WKBN) - A Trumbull County grand jury chose not to indict a defendant in a felony receiving stolen property case. A no bill was returned in the case of Alex Cherney. Cherney had been charged following a May 18 chase of a U-Haul that had been reported stolen. Police had identified Cherney as the driver.
