By Holly Galbus ZUMBROTA – The Zumbrota City Council delayed making a decision on the allocation of $165,458 to three public safety agencies – the Zumbrota Police Department, the Zumbrota Fire Department, and the Zumbrota Area Ambulance Association– at its meeting on December 18. A decision is expected to be made at the February 5 meeting.
