GRAND FORKS — A Grand Forks man will serve no additional time for a federal methamphetamine charge. Jeremie Richard Castoreno, 43, was sentenced Thursday, Jan. 29, to 12 years for conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute and distribute a controlled substance.
