NEW HAVEN, CONN. – Army West Point women's lacrosse secured their highest ranked win of the 2026 season on Tuesday afternoon defeating No.5/7 Yale (9-2, 3-0 Ivy League) by a score of 12-8. Army (9-2, 3-0 Patriot League) has now secured back-to-back seasons with at least two ranked wins. Notably, the win ranks as the second highest in program history after knocking off No.4 Stanford last season.

The Black Knights jumped out to a 5-0 lead in the first 12:06, then withstood a Yale comeback attempt and held on for a 12-8 victory. The Army West Point win snaps a streak of 11 straight home wins for Yale.
