NJ.com: Man known as ‘K$’ used Facebook to scam hundreds of thousands from investors. “A previously suspended investment broker has admitted to defrauding investors of hundreds of thousands of dollars in a social media scam. Kenneth Thom, 42, of Westfield, pleaded guilty to investment adviser fraud in Manhattan federal court on Thursday, the U.S. Attorney’s Office Southern District of New York said in a statement.”
