A former Montclair Public Schools administrator is suing the district, alleging she was fired for exposing anti-bullying law violations, resisting pressure to falsify reports, and opposing discriminatory hiring practices.Maggie E. Shaver-Dock, a licensed mental health professional hired in 2022 as the district’s Mental Health and Anti-Bullying Coordinator, filed the lawsuit March 20 in Essex County Superior Court.
