An Atlantic County man already in prison for the 1992 killing of a young bartender is now accused in the death of a woman in 1991, the Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office announced Thursday.Eddie Sykes, 55, was charged Wednesday with first-degree murder and aggravated sexual assault in the death of Evelyn Caez, who was found stabbed to death in her kitchen in October 1991, the prosecutor’s office states.
