N.J. man, 74, who sexually assaulted 2 children, sentenced to 12 years in prison

A 74-year-old Paterson man was sentenced Thursday to 12 years in state prison for sexually assaulting a child and a teenager. Muniru Owe was convicted following a jury trial in February of sexual assault and attempted sexual assault, both second-degree crimes, and third-degree endangering the welfare of a child, according to the Passaic County Prosecutor’s Office.
