Authorities have charged a Salem County man with aggravated manslaughter in a two-car crash that killed a prominent Philadelphia-area pastor on New Year’s Eve.Lance D. Warren, 41, of Drexel Hill, Pennsylvania, was making a U-turn near the intersection of North Delsea Drive and Columbia Avenue in Vineland around 9:15 p.m. Dec. 31 of last year when a southbound car struck his vehicle on the driver’s side, authorities said.
