A married couple is suing the town of Jackson after they said they were billed nearly $1,000 to get their car back after police impounded it to search for drugs. Michele and Edward Norberto have filed a lawsuit against the township, its police department, former Police Chief Matthew Kunz, patrolman Michael Zak and Sgt. Keith Uricks. The suit was filed in Ocean County Superior Court on April 1.
