N.J. city to revise ordinance that would have cracked down on horseback riding

A New Jersey city has tabled an ordinance that would have regulated horseback riding after residents and members of the City Council raised concerns. The ordinance, introduced by the Plainfield city council members on July 16, would require all horseback riders to get a permit. The council unanimously voted to table the ordinance so it can be revised.
