N.J. child, woman found dead in apartment

A child and adult female were found dead in a private residence in Red Bank on Thursday morning, authorities said.Investigators said no threat to the public was found, according to a joint statement by Monmouth County Prosecutor Raymond S. Santiago and Red Bank Police Chief Michael Frazee.
