N.J. boy, 9, struck while riding electric motorbike, is out of hospital

A 9-year-old boy injured Thursday after being struck by a vehicle while riding an electric motorbike in Margate has been released from the hospital, authorities said. He was hit at about 6:05 p.m. while trying to cross eastward toward the basketball courts at the Margate City Recreation Field Complex in the area of Jerome and Fulton avenues, city police said.
